Ms. Renu Kanwar Rathore has been working as an Assistant Professor at SSR IMR, Silvassa, since August 2026. She is UGC-NET qualified in Commerce and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Commerce from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University (VNSGU), Surat. She holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and completed her Bachelor of Commerce (Cost Accounting) as a College Topper.
Her academic specialization lies in Finance and Accounting, encompassing key subjects such as Cost Accounting, Financial Accounting, Accountancy & Financial Management, Corporate Finance, and Macroeconomics. She brings over 5 years of teaching experience with Undergraduate and Postgraduate students in a University of Mumbai-affiliated college. Beyond classroom teaching, she has contributed to 3 research publications in peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings, presented 3 papers at national and international conferences, and completed 2 SWAYAM online certifications in Research Ethics and Research Methodology & Statistical Analysis.
