Dr. Rajesh Kumar Pandey

Dr. Rajesh Kumar Pandey is an Associate Professor at SSR IMR, Silvassa, and has completed Ph. D from Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU), Pune in the faculty of Management (Year 2015). 

He is a B. Com (Hons) Graduate, Post graduate in MBA (Marketing & Finance) and also completed M. Com, MA (Education) & PGDHRM. His domain expertise spans across a wide range of academic interests like Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing Strategy & Communication, Strategic HRM, Business Communication, IKS etc. 

He is a Ph d Guide at SPPU, Pune in the subject of Organisational Management & Four scholars have completed Ph D under him. He has a total of 23 Years of experience including 6 years of Industrial Experience and has participated in FDPs & presented Research Papers in more than 200 State, National & International Conferences / Seminars with contributions to UGC Care list Journals. 

He has Four Books to his credit & notable Prize winning literary performances in the form of Best Paper & Best Case Study awards. He has completed more than 20 MOOCs including certifications from IIM (B), IIT, NPTEL Swayam Platforms, Udemy etc. 

He is a life time member of IAECT, Mumbai, India (Membership No.: BEIL/ISO/20/M/081), also an Associate Life Member of MTC Global, Bengaluru (MTCG/M/L/2021/12/30). He is a freelance Trainer and a Public orator by passion.
