Ms. Megha Agrawal

Ms. Megha Agrawal is an Assistant Professor at SSR Institute of Management & Research (SSR IMR), Silvassa, since September 2024. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Commerce from Rajju Shroff ROFEL University, Vapi, and has qualified the UGC-NET (Ph.D. Only) examination in Commerce in 2024.

She completed her B.Com with a specialization in Accounting and Auditing from KBS College, Vapi, affiliated with Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, and her M.Com from SSR Arts, Commerce & Science College, Silvassa, affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU), Pune.

She has presented and published research papers at National and International Conferences, with publications in ISBN and ISSN proceedings and journals. She has earned professional certifications from NPTEL in Retail Management and Conflict Management & Negotiation Skills. Prior to joining academia, she worked with MTV & Associates (Chartered Accountants), Noida, and BPO Convergence Pvt. Ltd., Noida. Her teaching interests include Human Resource Management, Mercantile Law, Retail Marketing, and Soft Skills Development.
