Dr. Diksha Swaroop is an Assistant Professor at SSR IMR, Silvassa, bringing 17 years of rich teaching experience to her academic roles. She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU), a PGDBM in Human Resources from the Ishan Institute of Management & Technology, and a master’s degree in Archaeology from Patna University, where she graduated as a Gold Medallist.
Beginning her career at SSR IMR in 2009 as a Lecturer, Dr. Swaroop specializes in core HR domains, including Labour Law, Training & Development, Strategic HRM, and Performance Management Systems. An active researcher, she has published papers in ISBN-registered publications and UGC Care-listed journals.
Beyond standard academics, she leads personality development programs in teamwork, time management, and critical thinking. She remains dedicated to fostering critical thought, a lifelong passion for learning, and a drive for excellence in her students.
